Bi-monthly dinner meeting

February 7th

Time: 7:00 PM - 9 PM

Cost: $30/person. Please bring cash.

Location: AutoVino, 205 Constitution Drive, Menlo Park, CA

It’s time to kick off the 2012 Viper season! It promises to be a good one, too. We have a full calendar of activities planned, plus there’s the debut of the Gen V Viper and VOI 12.

In keeping with our plan of moving the dinner meeting around to different locations, our first meeting of 2012 will be held at Auto-Vino, a car and wine collector facility in Menlo Park. Collectors store their cars at Auto-Vino, so you’ll have a chance to check out their cars over dinner. http://www.auto-vino.org/ The dinner is catered by JC Culinary. Same price as always, $30/person, including tax and tip. We’ll be honoring club members who contributed to the club in 2011, give you a preview of the new Nurburgring video just released by VCA, and present highlights from the Detroit autoshow. We also have two special posters to auction. One is a framed 3’x2’ poster of the Nurburgring cars, autographed by Ralph Gilles, and another is a "Viper Memories" poster created by Roy Sjoeberg, the original Chief Engineer of the Viper, and autographed by Roy and Dick Winkles, the Viper V-10 Chief Engineer. Proceeds will be donated to the Viper Cafe project at the Walter P. Chrysler museum.

Seating is limited to 40 people and the caterer requires us to guarantee our headcount by 10 AM FRIDAY, Feb 3rd, so please sign up by then to Terri Angen.

Auto-Vino is located off the Marsh Road exit off Hwy 101 in Menlo Park. Please drive around to the back of the building. We’ll have private parking back there, and the entrance is in the back as well.
